This year, we marked a significant milestone for Her Majesty’s Theatre, affectionately known as Her Maj, as she turned 150 years old. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we threw a huge birthday party that truly put this iconic theatre back on the map.
We commissioned the participatory geniuses, Everybody Now, to create an incredible, community-engaged event that took over every square inch of the building. The result was a night filled with music, laughter, and a sense of community that will be remembered for years to come.
Our local music community came together to make this event a night to remember. From the performers to the creators, everyone involved brought their unique talents and energy to the celebration. The theatre was alive with the sounds of live music, the buzz of excited conversations, and the line between audience and performer was blurred as everyone joined in to sing their hearts out!
