Facilities
Her Majesty's Theatre is located in the
heart of Ballarat's historic Sturt Street precinct. Parking
is available in the streets surrounding the Theatre.
Facilities offered by Her Majesty's include
wheelchair access to the Stalls, an audio loop, public telephone,
and the attractive Long Room Bar, which is open at intermission.
In the interests of public health, Her Majesty's
Theatre is a smoke-free area.
Please check your tickets for correct starting
time and watch daily press for program changes. Latecomers
may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Mobile Phones and pagers must be turned off
inside the auditorium.

Monday – Friday: 9.15am – 5pm.
The Box Office is open Saturdays from 9.15am – 12.30pm
for telephone enquiries and bookings only.
The Box Office is also open one hour before advertised performance
times.

Our friendly Box Office staff will be ready
to take your details over the counter. MajesTix is situated
in the Lydiard Street foyer of Her Majesty's Theatre,
17 Lydiard Street South.

Simply ring MajesTix on 5333 5888 and we will
take your booking. Just have your credit card handy.
Location
Concession prices
Concession prices apply on proof of entitlement
to full time students, pensioners, Health Care Card holders
and Senior Card holders, unless otherwise stated.
Patron Information
Patron contact details are stored by Her Majesty's
Theatre so that we can:
- Contact you in the event of the cancellation of a performance
- Reprint your tickets if they are stolen or mislaid.
- With your agreement, notify you of performances coming
up which we think might interest you. If you do not wish
to receive marketing information please inform the Box Office.
Refunds
There is no refund on tickets sold except as
provided for under the Entertainment Industry code of Fair
Practice
