ONLINE TICKETING

Door price Adult, Concession & Student price tickets may be purchased for selected performances online via the Her Majesty's Theatre Gateway to tickets.com.

Just click on the online ticketing symbol, illustrated right, in the selected show from the What's On database.

Proof of entitlement for Concession price tickets must be provided by the purchaser online as part of the ticket transaction.

If buying Concession tickets of any type you must include your concession card type and number in the "message to the venue" field on the purchaser information page.

Online transaction fees apply which are an additional 10% of the value of the tickets purchased.

Processing fees are added to the amount charged to the customer's credit card for online ticket purchases. Only tickets purchased over the counter or by telephone shall not be charged this online transaction fee.

Tickets purchased online will be automatically mailed out if the sale is made 10 days before the performance date. An additional charge of $1.00 shall be levied for each individual mailing of tickets.

Otherwise tickets purchased online may be collected from the MajesTix Box Office, located at Her Majesty's Theatre, 17 Lydiard Street South, Ballarat up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled performance start time.

Online ticket purchasers are requested to note that only some sections of Her Majesty's Theatre may be available for online ticket purchase – most usually this will include the rear Stalls area from N row back. Other areas of Her Majesty's Theatre may be set up for online purchase for some shows. Other areas of the Theatre may be available for sale over the counter or via the telephone booking service.

Seats sold online are allocated according to the best seating map stored in the Her Majesty's Theatre PASS ticketing system. It is not possible to purchase specific seats online.

Season packages and Group ticket prices are unavailable online at the present time. Only full Door price tickets are available for purchase online.

A maximum of 10 tickets only may be purchased in an online ticket transaction.

The tickets.com gateway is secure and the information and your purchase details will be stored on the Her Majesty's Theatre ticket server in your Masterfile ticketing history area and at tickets.com only. No other record of the transaction shall be stored in any location apart from via these means, nor will your details be disclosed to any other organisation.

Patron contact details are stored by Her Majesty's Theatre so that we can:

- Contact you in the event of the cancellation of a performance

- Reprint your tickets if they are stolen or mislaid.

- With your agreement, notify you of performances coming up which we think might interest you.

If you do not wish to receive marketing information from Her Majesty's Theatre please type NO MARKETING in the "message to the venue" field on the purchaser information page.
